Parties who are not the named employer may request additional data through our Open Records Department as indicated in their Access Records by Written Request procedures. If you are an employer and require the most up to date information concerning a lien TWC has placed against you, please submit a request in writing by fax to 51 or email to Response time by TWC is usually 5 to 7 days. The amounts shown may not reflect current delinquency. This list will be updated at the beginning of each month. The companies and individuals indicated are in violation of the Texas Payday Law as specified in Chapter 61 of the Texas Labor Code. The following list contains the active administrative liens of $2,000.00 or greater, filed against employers for non-payment of wages.
